For Barnwood Carpentry, an award winning carpentry business
We were approached by an established carpentry firm based in Surrey to help move them up to the next level. They had an existing website that had started to look tired and wasn’t a reflection of where they were as a business. The firm is a family-run business with a fantastic reputation locally for all things oak—any new website needed to reflect the handcrafted and family aspects of the company. Clarus Digital developed a proposal for them, which was readily accepted thanks to our ability to spot their essential requirements and identify how we could help them develop their niche.
The team at Barnwood was already well-versed in ensuring that their latest projects were shown on social media. They had reflected this on their old website, but not to the fullest extent due to the platform limitations. Any new website is needed to showcase its high standards and wide range of projects.
A key objective for them was to ensure that the business maintained its substantial market share in private projects but grew its share of commercial contractor work, which, whilst keeping them busy, was an area they wanted to expand. Finally, as one of the few contractors already working with local authorities in their area, they wanted to show the work they had done to help demonstrate the level that they work to and how the local population had probably already come across their high work standards.
