Their existing site suffered from outdated templates with poor mobile optimisation as well as a weak call-to-action structure and unclear navigation a well as a general inconsistency across the website. Whilst not a primary concern for this client, there were no clear SEO foundations, making it hard to compete for keywords. Their larger concern was that there was a lack of brand cohesion that failed to represent their extensive expertise.

With Starswift, it was clear from the outset that their website needed to do more than just look good — it had to convey authority, inspire trust, and clearly explain the complex certification services they offer. We also recognised that the brand itself needed refreshing, so our work started with re-establishing the foundations before moving on to design and best-practice SEO.
The first stage was a brand discovery process. We spent time refining Starswift’s visual identity, creating a modern and professional look that stood out from the pack but that would still resonate with both SMEs and larger organisations seeking certification support. This included developing a cleaner colour palette, typography choices that reinforced credibility, and logo refinements to ensure consistency across digital and print. Having a solid brand direction meant we could then carry that identity through every part of the website.
With the brand defined, we moved on to the website itself. We designed and built a fresh WordPress site using Elementor, giving Starswift a fast, secure, and flexible platform that they could easily manage in-house. Navigation was completely restructured so that key services were immediately accessible, while calls-to-action were placed strategically to guide visitors towards making an enquiry. Care was taken to ensure the site was fully responsive, offering a smooth experience whether viewed on desktop, tablet, or mobile.
Alongside the design, we laid down a strong SEO framework. This involved keyword research to identify opportunities at both a local level and for broader industry terms. Each page was built with SEO best practices in mind, from optimised headings and meta descriptions to internal linking and schema markup. We also introduced a resources section to give Starswift a platform for thought leadership as well as helping them capture long-tail search traffic and showcase their expertise.
Throughout the project, our focus was on blending design, branding, and search visibility into one coherent package. The result was not just a modernised website but a complete digital refresh that gave Starswift the professional edge they needed in a competitive market.
