As Time Technology accelerated its position as a Salesforce consulting partner for nonprofits, the team needed a high-impact presence at sector trade shows. Leading with the new strapline ‘Guided by Empathy, Driven by Impact’, the new stands needed to deliver clear messaging on the services delivered and their differentiation from other potential service providers.
Their previous event collateral did not reflect their refined brand narrative or their specialised nonprofit focus. They required two stand designs that could both comlement each otehr and also operate independently at different events while still delivering a unified brand experience. Both needed to communicate credibility, demonstrate domain expertise and strengthen the emotional connection with nonprofit leaders making platform decisions.
We developed two complementary stand concepts designed to work as an integrated event toolkit. The first was a large, clean, vertical media wall focusing on simplicity, clarity and bold positioning. We placed the core brand message front and centre — a concise articulation of their ethos and their role as a Salesforce partner.
The structure was intentionally spacious, allowing the team to stand in front of the artwork without obscuring the messaging and enabling face-to-face conversations without visual noise.
The second, smaller stand required a more content-rich approach to support higher dwell time events and visitors who needed to understand the breadth of their Salesforce capability. We created a modular layout that clearly indexed their key nonprofit solution areas, such as fundraising, case management, volunteering, events, memberships and grantmaking, backed by a supporting set of operational and reporting services.
This allowed delegates to quickly self-identify their needs while reinforcing Time Technology’s full-stack offering across the nonprofit lifecycle.
Across both stands, we used their refreshed colour system, typography and visual tone to ensure consistency with the new website. The messaging strategy was anchored in empathy-driven delivery and impact-led transformation, enabling the brand to stand out in rooms often filled with technical jargon and generic partner statements.
