The Challenge

Time Technology approached us with a legacy WordPress website that no longer reflected who they had become. The business had pivoted into a specialist Salesforce partner for the nonprofit sector and their digital footprint hadn’t kept pace. The site structure was thin, the content hierarchy lacked clarity and key areas such as certifications, team credibility and service depth were either hidden or missing altogether. Rankings could be volatile, and visibility in search had stalled. The platform needed a strategic uplift that went far beyond a facelift. It required a re-engineered user journey that aligned to their refined proposition and supported an enterprise-grade trust profile.

The Process

We took a holistic view and rebuilt the site architecture around how nonprofit decision-makers search and evaluate Salesforce partners. This included rationalising old content, mapping new service pathways and creating a more intuitive navigation system that connected their expertise with visitor intent. We injected variety into the visual design to add pace and give each section a clear role in the conversion journey.

A core workstream focused on credibility. We developed new areas to showcase Salesforce certifications, industry qualifications and evidence of expertise. We also designed a dedicated team area to bring the people behind the brand to the forefront. This helped strengthen EEAT signals and made the organisation feel more approachable for charities evaluating long-term technical partners.

We optimised templates to allow the team to add future content in a consistent and scalable way. Everything was engineered to work with the existing WordPress setup without compromising performance or maintainability. Behind the scenes, we rolled out enhanced schema, improved internal linking and migrated outdated assets to ensure search engines could find, understand and trust the updated structure.

The Results

The impact was immediate. Time Technology moved from a handful of indexed pages to more than a dozen, all tightly aligned to their nonprofit Salesforce proposition. Their search footprint more than doubled. Rankings stabilised and began to rise in areas that previously felt out of reach. The refreshed design and clearer signposting increased confidence for visitors who needed reassurance about expertise, people and delivery capability.

Most importantly, the new website now reflects who they are today. It positions them as a credible, specialist Salesforce consultancy for nonprofits and gives them a platform that can grow with their business, their content strategy and their long-term ambitions.

Increase in Search Impressions

Soon after the new website launch, the website, which had been delivering a consistent number of low impressions in the Google search results, leapt by over 1,400%, in the first fortnight, meaning that instead of appearing in Google search results 4 or 5 times per day, they suddenly appeared an average of around 75 times per day. With the addition of an ongoing SEO campaign, this growth trend has continued since, ensuring the continued share of search results and subsequent business benefits including a greater number of relevant, local enquiries.

Top of Page Rankings

The huge increase in impressions was of course driven firstly, by a vastly improved number of keywords being ranked for  with many of these at high positions on page one. Prior to the launch, the domain ranked on pages 1-2 for a number of local searches but the new website and it’s improved structure, SEO elements and content, massively increased the number of keywords being ranked for and moved the majority to positions 1-3. We continue to work with this client to increase the number of keywords that they rank for further and ensure that the top positions remain stable.

Increase in Enquiries

It’s all well and good ranking for your target keywords, but without a website designed to convert these new visits to enquiries the objectives wouldn’t be delivered.
